About this pattern

A square border frame that goes all the way around, with a smiling sun in each corner. Each sun is a pale yellow disc with two dark eyes, orange cheeks and a smile, two long pointed orange rays pointing outward and four short orange rays at its corners. The suns are joined along every side by a straight gold beam with a pale yellow core and an orange diamond half way along it. The middle is left bare for an initial or a small motif; the short rays and the diamond points reach into it and leave 19 by 19 stitches wholly clear. The left side mirrors the right. Full crosses only.

63 stitches wide by 63 high: 1,624 full cross stitches in 4 DMC colors (Pale Yellow 744, Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938, Dark Autumn Gold 3853 and 1 more).
